Know Your 5; The first 3 tests you can do yourself at home.

1. Blood Pressure – Dr Oz says know your blood pressure numbers. Oz provided everyone in the studio audience with an Omron Blood Pressure Monitor And Cuff . He can have your blood pressure done by your doctor, or at your local pharmacy. Your blood pressure should not be over 140.

2. Waist Size – Measure your waist by wrapping the tape around the area that is the middle between your hip bones and your rip cage. Your waist should not be more than 35 inches.

3. Weight – Dr Oz said the average woman is 5’4″ and her weight should not be over 175 pounds.

4. Cholesterol
– HDL Cholesterol numbers should be 50 or better – LDL numbers need to be less than 100

5. Fasting Blood Sugar – It tells you your risk for Diabetes – You want your blood sugar level numbers to be below 100.
