You can buy caffeine creams from $20-$100.

According to www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov: Aminophylline Cream

Topical fat reduction from the thigh in women using aminophylline cream has been demonstrated, but the local fat reduction in other body areas or in men by lowering the local lipolytic threshold has not been demonstrated. This study is designed to test the hypothesis that aminophylline cream application to the waist will reduce waist circumference compared with a control.

Fifty men and women who are 21-65 years of age with a BMI greater than 27 kg/m(2) and a waist to hip ratio > or =average were randomized in a 1 : 1 ratio to 0.5% aminophylline cream to the waist twice a day or no treatment to the waist. All subjects were instructed to follow a 1200 kcal balanced diet, participate in a walking program and return biweekly to encourage compliance. A theophylline level was drawn monthly, and the waist, BMI and waist to hip ratio were remeasured at 12 weeks.

At week 12, there was a significant reduction in BMI from baseline that was not different between the groups. The reduction in waist circumference was 11 +/- 1.0 cm in the aminophylline cream group and 5.0 +/- 0.6 cm in the control group (p < 0.001). The reduction in waist circumference was significant for both women and men, but the women lost significantly more waist girth. The waist to hip ratio, a measure of fat distribution, declined. Aminophylline levels were undetectable, and there were no adverse events. DISCUSSION: Aminophylline cream offers a safe and effective method for cosmetic local fat reduction from the waist.

Dr. Oz Retinol Cream For Cellulite with 100% retinol

Retinol is a form of vitamin A that reduces the presence of free radicals responsible for the breakdown of collagen. Retinols helps maintain skin smoothness and makes cellulite bulges less visible. Look for a retinol cream with 100,000 IU per 2-ounce jar. For best results, use 100% retinol cream with added vitamin A, C and E, apply 1-3 times a day

Non-elastic Underwear
Elastic underwear pinches on the cellulite, exaggerating its appearance. Switch to non-elastic panties made of smooth fabric with an invisible edge. You’ll create even pressure on the skin, increase blood flow, and prevent fat from being pushed up and deposited in unwanted areas. Don’t want granny panties? Try these perfect fit panties. Thongs and capri-length undergarments that reach just below the knee are also good choices. Dr. Ro wears Soma panties because you want an invisible or vanishing edge to the panties. Another is spanx which will give you an even line of pressure, it will contour and hold you in. Dr. Ro recommends a capri length spanx so you won’t see any bulging.

Dr. Oz Massage Devices For Cellulite

Dr. Oz stated that massage devices actually DO work. Here’s why: Cellulite develops because fibrous connective bands between the skin and fat pull the fat to the surface, creating a rippled skin appearance. By creating friction, you can loosen or soften those bands temporarily. Massage helps by stimulating circulation and draining excess fluids. When the fat cells aren’t as “full,” the lumps appear smoothed. Try a massage product with battery-powered rollers.

Dr. Oz Diuretic Herbal Supplements For Cellulite

Diuretic herbal supplements DO NOT work. While they may reduce fluid buildup and make fat cells appear smaller for a very brief period of time, you’re basically only getting more expensive urine as they flush through your system. What’s more, these supplements can negatively impact your digestive system and other parts of the body.

The bottom line: There’s no permanent cure for cellulite, but there are ways to reduce its appearance. Don’t throw your money away on expensive products or treatments. Try one of these affordable, effective secret weapons first.
