Dr. Oz: Glowing Green Smoothie
Dr. Oz said he believes that beauty comes from the inside out and that’s why he’s asked Kimberly Synder author of the “Beauty Detox Solution” to create 4 super charged drinks. A drink to make our hair shiny-Chia Seed Shake for Lustrous Hair, Glowing Green Smoothie for radiant skin, another drink to make wrinkles disappear-Detox Tea for Fewer Wrinkles, plus Rooibos Tea for Strong nails.
Kimberly told Dr. oz that drinks are more effective than food in achieving those goals of shinier hair, stronger nails and even make those wrinkles disappear. She goes on to say that most of us don’t chew well enough to get the full amount of nutrition from our food. These four beverages are in a pure liquid form, they go right into our body and give us the anti-aging and beautifying benefits.
Dr. Oz Glowing Green Smoothie for Radiant Skin
This green smoothie recipe is what Kim has all her celebrity clients drink every single day. This smoothie supplies you with the energy, vitamins and minerals to give your skin a youthful, sexy glow says Kim. This smoothie shake will be added to my recipe collection, once you start making green drinks and smoothies you will be addicted to them. I noticed Kim and Dr. Oz were using a vitamix machine, the best machine out there as far as I am concerned because you don’t lose anything when you juice your veggies and or fruits. You can even make soup in a Vitamix from scratch in 4 minutes from the time you start until you put it in a bowl and on the table.
