The Tracy Anderson Method
Body Types: – What Is Your Body Type? Abcentric, Hipcentric, Glutecentric or Omnicentric.
Omnicentric – If you gain weight all over your body or you are none of the above and just want to get in amazing shape.
Abcentric – If you gain weight in the mid-section, have a thick waist or identify with an apple shape.
Hipcentric – If you have a small waist with big hips and thighs and identify with the classic pear shape.
Glutecentric – If you have a droopy, shapeless behind.
Abcentric Body Type
If you have the Abcentric body type you carry extra weight in your stomach and have thicker arms, the thinnest part of your body is probably your legs.
Abcentric body types like their sugar habit, so to help with that each day eat 4 dates or 1 kiwi with the skin on and do 10 minutes of Standing Ab exercises.
Hipcentric Body Type
If you are the Hipcentric body type, your body rounds out at the hips and thighs, you have thick knees, ankles and wrists. Hipcentric Body Types are tiny from the waist up and have poor muscle tone in your upper body.
Hipcentric Body Types should eat foods high in lycopene, such as watermelon, tomatoes, grapefruit and asparagus to name a few.
Hipcentric Body Type exercises should be swimming which connects all your muscles at once, plus try 10 minutes of dancing a day.
Glutecentric Body Type
If you are the Glutecentric Body Type your butt sags and runs into your thighs and you may have back fat. With a glutecentric body there is no definite panty line because there is no butt definition.
Glutecentric Body Types should eat anti-inflammatory spices turmeric and cinnamon. Try adding 1 teaspoon of spices to your meals that reduce inflammation and to regulate blood sugars.
Glutecentric Body Type Exercises: Standing Leg-Lifts to lift the glute, do 30 leg lifts with 1.5- to 2-pound ankle weights at the same time each day.
Omnicentric Body Type
If you’re heavy in your arms, stomach, thighs and butt you are the Omnicentric Body Type.
Omnicentric Body Types should eat tyrosine-rich protein (eg. turkey, eggs seaweed) to enhance your body’s fat-burning properties.
Omnicentric Body Type Exercises: Build up strength and endurance 5-minute arms workout every morning and a 5-minute standing abs workout before bed, change up your workout often. Try swimming it work everything together.

Tracy Anderson’s Healthy Meal Deliveries: launching a meal delivery program. The 38-year-old looked to her best friend and client, Gwyneth Paltrow, to promote her new Food Program on her lifestyle website. currently available in the Los Angeles area only, Ms Anderson’s Food Program costs $49.95 a day for a 60-day package.
The plan includes breakfasts, snacks, lunches, dinners and desserts, and features a vegetarian option as well.
Some of the breakfasts delivered consist of Tracy’s wellness shake, or an ‘egg stack’ with eggplant and zucchini.
For dinner, the trainer serves up sun-dried tomato-crusted eggplant for vegetarians, or a salmon burger with dill yogurt for those who eat meat.
